Payment Terms

I accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and most FSA/HSA Accounts. I also am a credentialed provider for United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, Friday Health Plans and Medicaid (Colorado Access & Colorado Community Health Alliance) insurance companies. If you have another insurance provider, you may be eligible to be reimbursed for an out-of-network provider visit. I am happy to provide you with a super bill for this reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for more information.

Cash Rates

• Initial Introduction – Complimentary 15 minute Introduction
• Individual (Child, adolescent, adult)- $135/50 minute session
• Child(ren)/Parent(s) or 2 Adults- $150/50 minute session
• Family Reunification- $225/90 minute session

I am able to offer a sliding scale in some instances. Please reach out if treatment is cost prohibitive.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or are a no-show will be billed the full cash rate, regardless of insurance status.
